Canada’s first multi-sport facility devoted to the love of movement. With fully dedicated Parkour, Rock Climbing, Ninja Warrior, and Tricking/Tumbling we aim to build movement as one united community.

Lissy is passionate about helping people and believes all patients are unique and no two conditions or injuries are the same. She likes to adapt her treatments to her patient’s needs and help them work towards their goals and improve their quality of life. She uses a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, therapist assisted stretching, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, dynamic release and other various Swedish and deep tissue techniques.

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement program.  It combines elements from different bodyweight disciplines such as breakdancing, parkour, gymnastics, and hand balancing with animal locomotion pattern.  The movements can be performed alone or combined into “flows” where you are linking together different elements into a continuous chain of energy and movement. It can be practiced by individuals of all skill levels, with movements ranging from entry level all the way to very advanced. 

Canada’s Dietary Guidelines set out Health Canada’s guidelines and considerations on healthy eating, including:

  • the foundation for healthy eating

  • foods and beverages that undermine healthy eating

  • the importance of food skills

  • the implementation of dietary guidelines

The evidence review for dietary guidance and the interim evidence update informed the development of the guidelines.
